CIP Modular is a manufacturer, transporter, and installer of modular buildings in Nanaimo, BC.
I served as Transport Manager and Operations Manager from 2021 to 2024. I was also responsible for all marketing materials, including the website; social media; all print materials; signage; and more.
Photography & Marketing Materials
To help transition CIP Modular from its roots as a transport and installation company to a design/build company, I overhauled and updated all of the visuals and written copy throughout the company, from the website and sales documents to the employee handbook.

Modular Mike
“Modular Mike” was intended to become an unscripted, weekly YouTube series that would document the construction projects of CIP Modular.
The intention was to create regular long-form content of general interest to boost knowledge about the modular industry in general.
It was also a proof-of-concept to show what could be achieved extremely quickly with minimal planning, logistics, and crew, as it was vital that the production didn’t slow down the actual business operations at all.
